Manav Vij discussed the trend of boycotting Laal Singh Chaddha and how people apologised after watching it on Netflix.Additionally, he offered the advice to transfer “500 to Aamir Khan Productions’ account.”
Manav Vij, an actor, has spoken out about the boycotts that his film Laal Singh Chaddha faced before its August release.He said in a new interview that after watching the movie on Netflix, people apologized to him.He remembered telling them to send “500 to Aamir Khan Productions’ account” because the producers were losing money.Advait Chandan is in charge of the comedy-drama Laal Singh Chaddha.It is a remake of Forrest Gump, which came out in 1994.The film also has Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Naga Chaitanya, and Mona Singh in addition to Manav.Manav played Mohammad Bhai, a commander in the Pakistan Army who becomes friends with Laal.The film had a budget of 180 crore and managed to make less than 90 crore worldwide in its first week of release.
Manav stated, “It (the boycott trend) confuses you, hurts you,” in an interview with Mid-Day.On Twitter, a lot of people also offered their apologies to me, claiming that as a result of the boycott trend, they did not see Laal Singh Chaddha in theaters.But when they watched it on Netflix, they loved it.I stated, “You should have transferred 500 to Aamir Khan Productions’ account if you were so sorry.”Because of your stupidity, the producers are lost.
He continued, “It’s a big deal that one of the greatest actors in the world admired my work,” when discussing his role in Laal Singh Chaddha.I was so trusted by Aamir.
In 2017, Manav was last seen in the fictional thriller Tanaav, which was set in Kashmir.Sachin Mamta Krishn and Sudhir Mishra are in charge of the show.The show also features Sukhmani Sadana, Arbaaz Khan, Sumit Kaul, Rajat Kapoor, Shashank Arora, Zarina Wahab, Ekta Kaul, Waluscha De Sousa, Danish Hussain, Satyadeep Mishra, and Sukhmani Sadana.
The social drama Patna Shukla, directed by Vivek Budakoti, will feature Manav.Raveena Tandon, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Satish Kaushik, Jatin Goswami, and Anushka Kaushik will also be in it.
