Is Dwayne Johnson’s well-known 8000-calorie diet a fabrication? That is, at least, what a fitness model asserts. Both as an actor and a professional wrestler, The Rock has had a long and fruitful career. He is one of the very few individuals, like John Cena, who has triumphed in both arenas.

The actor recently appeared in Black Adam, his DCEU debut. In the movie, which also features Pierce Brosnan, Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Quintessa Swindell, and others, he played the title role. Henry Cavill’s Superman also made a brief appearance in the movie.

Returning to the topic at hand, fitness trainer Greg Doucette recently refuted Dwayne Johnson’s infamous 8000-calorie diet. For those who are unaware, The Rock is renowned for eating healthily and frequently shares pictures of his meals on social media. He is claimed to eat between five and seven meals each day, totaling between 6000 and 8000 calories.

To put it into perspective, consider that men can have up to 2500 calories each day but women are only permitted to consume 2000. Supposedly, Dwayne Johnson consumes four times as much. Greg Doucette has since asserted that this is a huge fat lie. The fitness trainer answered this on his YouTube channel and claimed that consuming so many calories per day is not feasible.

“I exercise a lot, I ride bikes. The Rock cannot burn enough calories to consume an average of 8,000 to 6,000 calories a day and maintain this physique, I can assure you of that, Greg said. He said, “He would be 100 pounds overweight if he genuinely consumed those types of calories, 6 to 8 thousand each day. The Rock is lying, Greg continued.

He recently made waves while discussing Dwayne Johnson by claiming that Henry Cavill is the best Superman actor of all time.
