The creators of Agent Kannayiram, a recently released Tamil movie starring Santhanam, revealed on social media that it would start streaming on December 23.
The movie, which debuted in theatres on November 25, is a remake of the Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya movie from Telugu. The Tamil version was directed by Vanjagar Ulagam director Manoj Beedha. The first movie follows a rookie detective as he starts to look into a case involving a dead corpse left beside a railroad track and the dangers the sleuth faces while doing so. reviews for Agent Kannayiram were unresolved.
Along with Santhanam, other actors in the movie were Riya Suman, Sruthi Hariharan, Pugazh, Munishkanth, and Redin Kingsley. Labyrinth Films, which also supported Manoj Beedha’s Vanjagar UIagam, is the producer of Agent Kannayiram.
Theni Eashwar and Saravanan Ramasamy handled the film’s cinematography, and Yuvan Shankar Raja handled the soundtrack. The movie’s editor is Ajay.
