Merry Christmas will star Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif, as we have previously reported. The film’s producers confirmed its 2023 Tamil and Hindi theatrical release with the presentation of a new poster on Saturday.
Sriram Raghavan, who has previously helmed movies like Andhadhun, Badlapur, and Agent Vinod, is the director of Merry Christmas. This is his debut project with Katrina and Vijay. He is well known for his distinct style of thrillers.
Ramesh Taurani and Sanjay Routray support it. The image on the billboard shows two hands holding wine glasses and making the gesture “cheers” while shards of glass are arranged to resemble a Christmas tree. For Christmas in December 2023, the movie is anticipated to be released. Additionally, this will be the first time Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina have collaborated.
In the meantime, Santhosh Sivan’s Mumbaikar and Atlee’s Jawan, both in Hindi, also star Vijay Sethupathi. However, Katrina has Tiger 3 in the works and was most recently seen in Phone Bhoot.
