The team of Karan Johar’s upcoming film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani is in Kashmir to shoot a song sequence. Karan recently took to his Instagram to post pictures of himself amidst snowy backgrounds. He captioned the post, “The advantage of your DOP waiting for weather is that I get to pose for him.”
Earlier, behind-the-scenes photos of the film’s lead actress Alia Bhatt, wearing a red turtleneck sweater with a matching red blazer and sporting a nose ring, had surfaced on social media.
Now, photos of the male lead Ranveer Singh, wearing a black and white overcoat and black shades while shooting the song, are doing the rounds on the internet. The Bajirao Mastani actor also got spotted shooting for a dance sequence along with a choreographer. There is also a still where a few in the crew throw snow at him for that perfect shot.
The film also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani marks the return of Karan to the director’s chair after seven years. His last directorial was Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016). Rocky Aur Rani will be released in theatres on July 28.
