According to the most recent report from The Wrap, despite Henry Cavill’s hints that something is going on with Superman and previous reports suggesting that a Man of Steel 2 is in the works, nothing has been decided upon yet.The publication claims that neither the former The Witcher star has signed a contract with the DCEU studio nor has the project received official approval.Despite previous reports that the search for a writer was underway, the outlet noted that numerous insiders with knowledge of the situation say there is currently no writer or director attached to the project (Man Of Steel 2)Other than that, the insiders added that there is presently no conventional arrangement among WB and Henry Cavill to return as Superman yet.
In addition, the reports stated that James Gunn and Peter Safran, the DC Extended Universe’s new heads, are currently “fine-tuning their long-range plan for the studio.”After Cavill made cameo appearances in Black Adam and The Flash, many people assumed that he would have to make a movie about Superman.Surprisingly, however, no such agreement has been reached to date.
