Kantara, directed by Rishab Shetty, debuted on September 30 and quickly became a huge hit. Even as the movie enters its tenth week, the buzz surrounding it is still going strong. On December 2, the action thriller’s Tulu version is scheduled to open in more than 50 theatres throughout Karnataka; however, the production company will add an additional 50 screens for the Kannada release, bringing the total number of theatres to 250.

Despite having an OTT release, Kantara, which had a huge box office hit in various languages, is still in high demand. In fact, there are rumours that there will also be an English edition.

The dispute over the ownership of the music in the significant hymn Varaha Roopam is still in full swing. The creators should shortly provide an update on the song’s rights status and clear up any misunderstandings.

Rishab Shetty, in addition to taking the major role, also wrote and directed Kantara. The conflict over a land invasion between local residents and forest officials is the subject of the story. Sapthami Gowda plays the female protagonist in the Hombale Films production, which also stars Kishore, Achyuth Kumar, Pramod Shetty, Prasad Thuminad, Swaraj Shetty, and Manasi Sudhir in significant parts.
