Talented actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who had a huge success with her last film Yashoda, is back to continue the winning streak with Shaakuntalam. The premiere date has been set for the sweeping mythological drama directed by Gunasekhar.
The Biggie’s producers have formally announced Shaakuntalam’s release date as promised. The all-Indian film is scheduled to premiere on February 17, 2023. The female-centric film will compete at the box office with Kiran Abbavaram’s Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha, Dhanush’s Sir, and Vishwaksen’s Dhamki.
Dev Mohan, Mohan Babu, Prakash Raj, Gautami, Aditi Balan, and Ananya Nagalla all had significant parts in Shaakuntalam. This movie, whose soundtrack was composed by Manisharma, was funded by Neelima Guna through Gunaa Teamworks. The mythical drama will be released in 3D in addition to 2D.
