Veteran screenwriter, producer, and director Rakesh Kumar passed away on November 10 in Bombay. He was 81. He left his wife, a son, and a daughter behind. The director had been battling cancer.
Tomorrow (November 13) from 4 to 5 p.m. at The Celebration Sports Club, Garden No. 5, Lokhandwala, Andheri (W), Bombay, there will be a prayer gathering in his honour.
Khoon Pasina, Do Aur Do Paanch, Mr. Natwarlal, Yaarana, Johnny I Love You, Dil Tujhko Diya, Kaun Jeeta Kaun Haara, Commander, and Suryavanshi were a few of the movies he has directed (1992). He had also developed Kaun Jeeta Kaun Haara, Commander, and Dil Tujhko Diya from this group. He had performed in a few movies as well.
